First of all, you can make sure your vehicles are serviced correctly. Because the van that we had needed a front end Alignment. Driven was a little hard to keep inside the lane will driving. We were swerving in between the lines Budget you need to make sure all of your vehicle all serviced before you rent them out because someone my have a accident because of your neglect of service to your vehicle. I feel robe by KAYAK, me emails from Kayak, and CONFIRMATION of my rental was a CHEVY TAHOE.... when I arrive to pick my Tahoe BUDGET said that this WAS NOT THE RESERVATION o THE CLASS of CAR that my KAYAK reservation said. I did show them your email, THEY DIDNT care!! I am asking for a FULL REFUND, and also would like to hear from a SUPERVISOR since I took your marketing email that SPECIFICLLY said that I will get a CHEVY TAHOE and BUDGET o KAYAY DINDT comply with what the ask for.... I this is of great matter to me, since I am a 6F 4" heavy man, so a TAHOE does get me interested, when yo send a publicity!! I expect to hear from a Superior, and have a REFUND, the rented me a Ford Explorer, wich had to change since it look old, and was dirty, rented a KIA Telluride wich it is not close the same thing as a Chevy Tahoe. We made the booking referenced above using my Mastercard, which was successfully processed, leading us to believe that we would be able to rent the car without issue. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the Mastercard used was a debit card rather than a credit card, and as a result, the vehicle was not provided to us. Unfortunately, this meant we were unable to proceed with our much-anticipated road trip. When we raised this issue, the representative assisting us assured us that we would be eligible for a refund. Given these circumstances, I kindly request a reimbursement for the cost of the booking. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response. Pickup counter was understaffed and slow for the volume of customers needing assistance. A few parties in front of me needed attention from multiple employees to resolve their issues, further slowing down the process for everyone. A total nightmare it started with the very rude woman at the counter at budget Ft. Lauderdale airport. Then my grandson got in and sat on gym that was in a rear seat so van was not cleaned out. Wiper blades wore out would not clean window off at all. Kept getting a message that oil level was low the fan switch for the heater only worked on high and had to keep messing with it to keep it running. Then when we dropped Van off we were a little late 30 minutes but it was because of snow storm and they said don’t worry about it but then charged me for an extra hour anyway. Then charged for fuel but it was on full and had just stopped and filled it up 5 miles from airport. I would definitely never use budget ever againReviewed 12 Jan 2025
