The experience with them was horrible. They didnt accept my insurance without a valid reason. Budget, enterprise and avis have never had an issue. They refused to accept my partners insurance. The staff was not professional. The person assisting me asked me to call my insurance carried but she had to step away and asked her co worker to help me once i got someone on the phome and in my face the other employee said "No". She refused to assist us so we cancelled the rental with them. It wasted almost 2 hours of our time. Will never attempt to rent from them and will not be recommending them. You should remove them from your network.

Your website does not indicate that easirent essentially forces you to get their insurance which was more than double the car rental cost.. 250 euro on top of car. If you don't use it's a 2500ish euro deposit and he said he needs a letter from my bank stating that I'm covered for insurance in ireland. It was the middle of the night where I am from and that was not possible. I was disappointed and paid way more than I thought I would.

I paid on kayak only to find out I had to pay 3 times as much when I arrived at the car place (I had insurance through my credit card yet they forced me to get their insecure) which was 3 times as much as the car which seemed like a scam. I walk outside to get my car and they gave my car away to someone else, then tried to give me a giant gas guzzling suv that was dented and rusted and dirty. I said no. He then gave me a cross over toy car, that smelt like a dead fish from whoever was sitting in the seats, uncomfortable seats and head rest that poked into the my neck and head. The guys that work there need to be a bit more professional and not so gangster and silly acting too.

I thought I was getting a good deal, but the extra fees were blindsiding. The man who checked us in was great and helpful though, and the car itself was clean and reliable - perfect for what we needed.

The pickup shuttle ride from Charlotte airport on Monday 4/28/2025 around 11.00 am, never arrived at assigned location to take us to their off-site rental location. Their office phone number goes direct to their voicemail. I googled and found a national phone number associated with them. She found out after 10 minutes waiting that there is no shuttle today because she is not getting hold of anyone there either. I called for Uber after 45 minutes waiting, we got to that offsite Easirent Car Rent. Some inexperienced young guys out of an eye-sore unorganized office were running the shit-show like headless chickens. No eye contact, no greeting and no apology for us waiting at the airport for not being picked up at all! I asked to see the person in charge, and if they got my car ready. A young white guy who was not so attentive to start with, hesitantly introduced himself Daniel and said he is doing the job for many people there.... My strong suggestion is to STAY AWAY from this place unless you want to be late or no show up for your meetings or be messed up with your plannings.

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the experience I had with Easirent. This was, without question, one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. Due to a flight delay—completely outside of my control—I arrived shortly after your location had closed. There was absolutely no way to contact anyone after hours, as no emergency or after-hours number was provided. This left me, as a paying customer, completely stranded and without support. I subsequently requested a refund, as I was unable to collect the vehicle through no fault of my own. Shockingly, I was told that because I did not cancel the reservation, I would be charged in full. I ask you—how exactly was I supposed to cancel a reservation while mid-flight with no access to phone or internet? This response is not only unreasonable but shows a complete lack of empathy, flexibility, and customer care. Penalizing customers for circumstances outside their control is unacceptable. I expected a minimum level of understanding, especially when airline delays are a known and common occurrence. This experience has shown me that Easirent prioritizes profit over people, and this is not how any reputable business should operate. I urge you to reconsider your decision and issue a full refund immediately.

Everything was alright expect for the car was pretty dinged up at pickup, which isn’t a problem except for the agent giving me the 10th degree about one of the already documented dings saying “it looks a little bit different.” That’s too intense, especially when the car was handed off to me with so much damage. If they’re going to be so intense about the pick up scan, they need to keep a cleaner fleet of cars.
