Someone needs to put on a separate site that your website NEVER honors the car that is being advertised and it’s always some different type of car that is supposedly similar to the car in the picture advertised. Maybe a website that is viewed anytime a person tries to rent a car through Kayak that is not the car they will receive. Also, it was over a hour wait to get the car when we first showed up on property.

It was over an hour wait to get the car but the two attendants were working their hardest to get thru the line. Returning the car in Brindisi was crazy. The kid checking in the car was more worried about talking to his friends hanging around than trying to listen to me. I tried multiple times to tell him we had received a parking ticket but he ignored the comment and went talking back to his friends. Not sure what else to do.

I was on a late flight thus when arrived at Thrifty counter was near 9pm on Jun/3rd, 2025. Thrifty counter staffs were very efficient in helping all customers get their rental vehicle. The staff who assist me, Anthony, was exceptionally helpful in explaining my rental condition, fuel options, additional insurance, etc. This is one of the best experiences I enjoyed in car rental in the U.S..

The wait time to pick up a reserved car is awful. Very disorganized - ended up cancelling reservation

The pick up line was absolutely horrible, we waited over 2 hours in line to get our car. Their process seems to be very inefficient compared to other rental agencies in the US and Europe. After a long flight the last thing you want to do is stand in line for 2 hours waiting for a rental car.

In general was verify easy to make the reservation thru Kayak and the vehícule was ready when I arrive for pickup at Ponce Airport.

I booked this car for location and for price, both were convenient, but Thrifty cancelled my booking giving no explanation and not even notifying me about this, so I showed up to pick up the car and was told my booking wasn't there, having no other choice I had to rebook on the spot at a significantly higher price and with a different car rental because Thrifty online wouldn't let me book
